The Martin Family

Get ready Fort Worth! Stock Martin, age 12, a seven year seasoned competitor and the 2013 Grand Champion Steer winner has a little sister, Saige, age 10. By Stock Show rules, Stock is ineligible to compete in the steer show at the Junior Livestock Show again, but that won't stop Saige, a 3 year veteran herself, from picking up the lead in 2014. Both are members of the Oldham County 4H. Stock's 2013 Grand Champion was bought by the Happy Davis Foundation and Ross Perot, Jr. bought his 2012 Reserve Grand Champion.

Parents, Brian and Sherri Martin grew up showing livestock with the 4H & FFA and have built one of the finest European Cross breeding operations in the southwest running 300 head on their Panhandle ranch. The Martin Family raise and show livestock together; it's a 24/7/365 family operation which reaffirms hard work, dedication and competing still pays off in Texas. The Sponsor's of the Sale of Champions aren't just buying animals; they are helping to educate Grand Champion kids!
